Voice Mail Over

Description
The telephone system can automatically reroute unanswered outside calls to the IntraMail Automated Atten-
dant. Voice Mail Over
fl
ow ensures that IntraMail will pick up calls that don’t go through. This allows callers
to leave a message rather than having to call back later. Voice Mail can be the over

ow destination for the
following types of calls:

Direct Inward Line (DIL) Over

ow
A trunk that directly rings an extension can over
fl
ow to that extension’s mailbox if not answered.

Group Ring DIL Over

ow
A Direct Inward Line (DIL) that rings extensions in a Ring Group can over
fl
ow to the IntraMail Auto-
mated Attendant if unanswered.

Key Ring Over

ow
A trunk ringing an extension’s line keys can over
fl
ow to the IntraMail Automated Attendant.

UCD Hunting Over

A trunk that rings a UCD Hunting Group can over

ow to the group’s master mailbox. See

Set up a trunk as a DIL to the Ring Group master number.

- To have the Ring Group answer the trunk during the day and at night, enter the Ring Group
master number (e.g.,
