Type 3 (Date) Example
In the following example:
■
Schedule 1 is a Range of Days schedule and runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
and answers with Call Routing Mailbox 001.
■
Schedule 2 is a Range of Days schedule and runs Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and
answers with Announcement Mailbox 008.
■
Schedule 3 is a Date schedule that only runs on Christmas day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and answers
with Announcement Mailbox 009.
■
The Default Mailbox (usually Call Routing Mailbox 000) answers at all other times not covered by
Schedules 1-3.
■
When setting up Answer Tables with multiple types, build the Answer Schedules in the following
order:
- Range of Days
- Day of Week
- Date
