8-44 Troubleshooting
There are some cases that an event log shown below is registered in application log of Event
Viewer every time you power on the server.

It is not a problem in operating the system.
During operation, there are some cases that a warning message concerning SAS device is
registered in MegaRAID Storage Manager
(MSM) log.

This message indicates that the command issued to SAS device is abnormally ended.

This message may be logged when SAS hard disk drive that has not been configured
is removed from the slot.

If the message is displayed again for the specific hard disk drive, check if the hard
disk drive is connected correctly.

If the same error message appears repeatedly, contact your service representative
to replace the hard disk drive.
