2.5-inch Disk Model

Cable clamp
Use cable clamp to secure the LAN cable.
(2)
PCI slot
Insert an optional PCI riser card into this slot.
(3)
Hard disk drive bay
Up to four 2.5-inch SAS hard disk drives can be installed in the bays. The last-digit number
indicates the channel number. In the standard configuration, the dummy trays are installed
in the bays except for drive #0.

DISK LED (green/amber)
LED on the hard disk drive. Each LED is green during access to the hard disk drive. The
LED turns amber when the hard disk drive fails. The LED blinks green and amber
alternately during rebuild processing (in RAID configuration).

Slide tag
Use slide tag to memorize information for server management.
(6)
AC inlet
Connect the AC power cord to this socket.
(7)
DISK STATUS LED (green/amber)
Unused
(8)
DISK ACCESS LED (green)
Lights green when internal hard disk is accessed.
(9)
SYSTEM STATUS LED (green/amber)
Indicates system status.
(10)
Dump (NMI) switch
Press this switch to dump system memory.
(11)
POWER switch /POWER LED (green)
The POWER switch is used to turn the power of the server ON/OFF. If you press this
switch once, the power is turned on with the POWER LED going on green. If you press the
switch again, the power is turned off with the LED going off. Keep pressing the switch for 4
seconds or longer forcibly shuts down the system.

Connect a mouse to this connector.

Keyboard connector
Connect a keyboard to this connector.
