4-28 System Configuration
The following describes each option on the Exit menu:
Exit Saving Changes
Select this option to save the current
configuration data into the CMOS
(non-volatile memory) and exit the SETUP
utility.
Select “Exit Saving Changes” to display the
right screen. Select "Yes" to save the current
configuration data into the CMOS
(non-volatile memory) and exit the SETUP
utility. The server will automatically restart
the system.
Exit Discarding Changes
Select this option to exit the SETUP utility
without saving the current configuration data
into the CMOS (non-volatile memory).
If you select “Yes” here, the “SETUP
Warning” dialogue box appears.
If you select “No” in the “SETUP Warning”
dialogue box, you can exit
SETUP without saving the changes you have
made.
If you select “Yes” in the dialogue box, you
can exit SETUP with the changes you have
made saved in CMOS. The server reboots
automatically.
Load Setup Defaults
Select this option if you want to reset all
values in SETUP to default (factory-set
values). When you select Load Setup
Defaults, the dialogue box as shown on the
right appears.
If you select “Yes” in the dialogue box,
default values are restored. If you select
“No”, you will see the Exit menu screen.
IMPORTANT:
The default value slightly differs from the
factory-set value. Check all setting values
before restoring the default value.
