4 ports from the Base port per Cir-
cuit Identification Code (CIC) (as-
signed by CM30 Y=35) are used for
RTP. Only first port (transmitting
the RTP packet) and third port (re-
ceiving the RTP packet) are used ac-
tually. Second port (transmitting the
RTCP packet) and fourth port (re-
ceiving the RTCP packet) are not
used.
