Services
window:

Use the scroll bar to locate
Voice Mail Service.

Double-click
Voice Mail Service
.
You will see a
Voice Mail Service Properties
box.

General
page of the
Voice Mail Service Properties
box:

In the
Startup type
box, click
Automatic
as shown below.

Click the
Start
button to start the Voice Mail Service as shown below.

Click
Apply
, then click
OK
to close the
Voice Mail Service Properties
box.
