Step 2. Record an Instruction Menu for Call Routing Mailbox 802.
This is the Instruction Menu that will play every weekday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Record an
Instruction Menu similar to: “Thank you for calling ABC company. If you know the extension of
the person you would like to reach, dial it now, press 1 for Sales or 2 for Service.”
Remember, your weekday routing is Call Routing Mailbox 802 with Dial Action Table 1. Your
evening and weekend routing is Call Routing Mailbox 803 and Dial Action Table 2.
To record your Instruction Message for CRB 802:

Call the System Administrator mailbox.

tion Menu similar to: “Thank you for calling ABC company. Our normal business hours are
Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. If you know the extension of the person you would like to reach,
dial it now.”
Remember, your weekday routing is Call Routing Mailbox 802 with Dial Action Table 1.Your
evening and weekend routing is Call Routing Mailbox 803 and Dial Action Table 2.
To record your Instruction Menu for CRB 803:
