Motion Video Controller
The motion video controller integrates a Windows graphical user interface (GUI) engine
and motion video playback hardware.
Support includes:
MPEG-1 or MPEG-2
Video for Windows
Active Movie (Windows 95 only).
MPEG is a compression/decompression standard developed by a professional video group
called the Motion Picture Experts Group. MPEG produces full-screen, 30-frames-per-
second (fps), broadcast-quality digital video.
Video Support
The AccelSTAR II AGP graphics board supports the following resolutions, colors, and
refresh rates for systems with 8 MB of video memory (see Table 1-13).
