Option
Time
Stamp
Executes a time stamp at intervals of a specified time span (10 seconds,
30 seconds or 1 minute). Select [Disable] to disable time stamp execu-
tion.
• Selected items are checked.
• The default is [Stop].
Capture
file
Select whether to write (save) the trace information file transmitted from
the SV8300 or not.
If you have opted for “Start capture”, a screen appears prompting you to
select the folder in which a file is created.
A file (Trc_ + Connection Account name + value (1 to 10) + .log) is cre-
ated in the path thus specified to store trace information.
If the same file already exists in that folder, it is overwritten.
If you have opted for [Stop capture], trace information is not written to a
file.
• Selected items are checked.
• The default is [Stop capture]
• If you change from [Stop capture] to [Output], the first starting file is
cleared.
• Up to 10 files, each up to 1 MB in size, can be created.
Trace information overflowing the 1-MB capacity of a file is written to
the next file (value incremented by 1).
If ten files are used up, the existing files are overwritten starting from the
one having a value of 1.
File
Delete
Deletes the file (Trc_ + Connection Account name + value (1 to 10) +
.log) that has been created by selecting [File Output].
• Click to see a message box that asks if you are sure to delete the file.

Text field
Displays the trace information transmitted from the SV8300.
Only the latest trace information portion of text is displayed.
• Select the character string to stop the trace information display.
Deselect the character string to resume the display of the trace infor-
mation on the screen, including information hidden when in the
selected state.

[Time Stamp] button
Click to add the date and time (YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS) at which
the button was clicked in the Text field.
