Operation 

Transferring Trunk Calls: 

To Transfer a trunk call to a co-worker’s extension: 

1. At the multiline terminal, press Transfer. 

- OR - 

At single line telephone, hookflash. 

You hear Transfer dial tone. 

2. Dial the co-worker’s extension number. 

If the extension is busy or does not answer, you can dial another extension number or 

press the line key to return to the call. In addition, you may be able to hang up and have 
the call Camp-On. 

Single line telephone users can press hookflash to retrieve the call. If a call was 

transferred and the single line user has hung up the handset, the call can be retrieved by 
dialing **

 

and the extension number to which it had been transferred. 

3. Announce the call and press Transfer or hang up. 

If your co-worker does not want the call, press the flashing line key to return to the call. 
Single line telephone users can press hookflash to retrieve the call. If a call was 

transferred and the single line user has hung up the handset, the call be can retrieved by 

dialing **

 

and the extension number to which it had been transferred. 

To answer a call transferred to your extension: 

1. Lift the handset or press 

Speaker
