EMail Configuration
The
EMail Configuration
window, accessed from the System
Settings window, allows the administrator to configure default
EMail settings. The information configured in this window is
sent as part of the invitation mail to conference participants.
The mail is sent only to those users, whose valid EMail IDs, are
given while creating the conference.
Subject
: Enter the generic subject of the EMail.
Message Introduction
: Enter the invitation EMail message
introduction text.
Message Conclusion
: Enter the invitation EMail message
conclusion text.
Click
Close
to return to the System Settings window.
