Caller ID Programming
Step 1
Be sure the telco provides Caller ID to the UX5000.
Step 2
Check your UX5000 programming to be sure the UX5000 is set up to receive the Caller ID and
pass it to the voice mail ports.
Step 3
Determine if voice mail should add a leading 1 to the number it dials when placing a Make Call.

- Enable (check) this option if voice mail should add a leading 1 to the digits it redials.
- Disable (uncheck) this option if voice mail should not add a leading 1 to the digits it redials.

Leave this option at it’s default value (disabled) and let the UX5000’s Automatic Route
Selection handle any digit translation required.
