you
leave
your
desk.
A
co-worker
calling
your
extension
will
see
the
message
you
activated
on
their
terminal's
display
and
may
hear
a
DND
signal
(depending
on
pro-
gramming).
For
example,
when
you
leave
for
lunch,
activate
the
"OUT
FOR
LUNCH
BACK
AT"
message
and
enter
the
time
when
you
will
return.
Your
callers
will
know
where
you
have
gone
and
when
you
will
be
back.
The

notice
that

can
add
