TMRn I/O control register 4 (TRnIOC4)
The TRnIOC4 register is an 8-bit register that controls timer output error detection.
This register can be read and written in 8-bit or 1-bit units.
RESET input clears this register to 00H.
Caution:
Set the TRnIOC4 register when TRnCE = 0. When TRnCE = 1, write access to the
TRnIOC4 register can be performed using the same value.
