7.1.8.
Stop Security/Scan Functions
The security/scan functions can be stopped in the following ways. However, stopping the security/scan function
increases security risk. Therefore, users of this product do this at their own risk.

How to Stop
Firewall (FW)
On the [Firewall (FW)] screen, uncheck "Enable Firewall" in "Firewall
Configuration" and change it to disabled. (See Section 5.8.3)
Anti-Virus (AV)
On the Anti-Virus (AV) screen, uncheck "Enable Antivirus" in "Antivirus
Configuration" and change it to disabled. (See Section 5.8.4)
Intrusion Prevention (IPS)
On the [Intrusion Prevention (IPS)] screen, uncheck "Enable Intrusion
Prevention" in "Intrusion Prevention Configuration" and change it to disabled.

Web Guard (WG)
On the Web Guard (WG) screen, uncheck "Enable Web Guard" in "Web Guard
Configuration" and change it to disabled. (See Section 5.8.6)
URL Filtering (UF)
On the URL Filter (UF) screen, uncheck "Enable Content Filter" in "Content
Filter Configuration" and change it to disabled. (See Section 5.8.7)
URL Keyword Filtering (KF)
On the URL Keyword Filter (KF) screen, uncheck the "Enable Keyword Filter"
check box in "Keyword Filter Configuration" and change it to disabled. (See
Section 5.8.8)
Application Guard (APG)
On the Application Guard (APG) screen, uncheck "Enable Application Guard" in
"Application Guard Configuration" and change it to disabled. (See Section
5.8.9)
7.1.9.
Operation to be Done When Setting Values are Changed
If settings of this product are change, assume the possibility that this product will not start up for some reason, please
save the settings on a PC or other means. The settings from the web setting is the unique information of the customer
and if they are not saved, they must be reconfigured. Refer to Section 3.4.3 for the instructions on how to save
settings to a PC.
7.1.10.
Operation to be Done before Turning Off this Product
This product regularly saves the security log and statistical information of the security/scan function and the event
logs once a day to the memory. (Information for the day is saved at AM 0:00 on the next day.) Be aware that data
may be erased if the power of this product is turned off without performing the next process.
