Take the motor out of the machine, but do not pull out the
motor cable from the hole in the bed plate (Fig. 103).
Unscrew the two cups " C " and " D " (Fig. 104) which hold
the brushes, and replace the old brushes with new ones.
Replace the two cups " C " and " D ".
Place the motor back into the interior of the machine.
While replacing the motor into the machine take care that:
the feed eccentric connecting rod No. D 85506 (Fig. 102)
does
not touch the motor casing,
the motor belt is sufficiently tight Align the motor with the
two screws " A " and " B " (Fig. 102),

the motor pulley is aligned with the belt groove of the balance
wheel to avoid the belt being worn out on one side only.
Adjvist
the motor position, if necessary, by means of the two screws "
A "
and " B ".
