Preface
To guarantee correct function and minimal repairs, it is important to read and understand the
information in this instruction manual. The product is designed to meet the requirements of the relevant
directives. To maintain this status, all installation, repair and maintenance work must be carried out by
qualified personnel using only original spare parts. Contact the manufacturer or your nearest authorised
dealer for advice on technical service or if you require spare parts.

Safety Instructions

Risk of personal injury!
The PowerBox is not to be used in an explosive environment. The PowerBox must be mounting
according to the installation instructions. Never carry out any service work, mechanical or electrical,
without first disconnecting the power supply and the compressed air supply.
The sliding valves must always be in the closed position when the PowerBox is not in use. If the
electric sockets are not within 0.6–1.9 m above ground, they are not to be used as power switches.

Management
The Power box is a unit with outputs for dust extraction and compressed air, some types also supply
electricity. The PowerBox is also available with different types of electric sockets.
The Tool holders (pic. 10, A) are mounted on the PowerBox. Max weight load on tool holders is 10 kg.

Installation

Vacuum (pic. 1):
Two vacuum outputs (A) female, diameter 38 mm with swivel function. The
Sliding valves (B) with on/off function. The Sliding valves allow machines to be constantly
connected to the vacuum outputs.
