Pulse Cleaning Contaminant to be Cleaned
F61 has possible values of Zinc or Galvanized to Primer Paint, Oil or Oxide. The
default value is set to Primer Paint. This function is used to designate how the pulse
cleaning function will determine to abort pul sing and begin the main arc.

Gun as Remote
F62 is either set to “OFF” or “ON”. The default value is set to “OFF”. Then this
function is enabled it will allow the gun select presets based on the gun trigger as an
input. Press and hold the gun trigger 2 seconds beyond the lift check to increment
presets within a preset bank.

F63 has a value range of 0 to 20. The default is set to 0. This function is used to
increase the number of pecks to perform a series of lift

actions prior to the
weld. The inverter will attempt a weld as soon as it detects contact between the stud
and work piece or after the number

pecks is performed. When set to 0, this F Code
is disabled.

Fieldbus Selection
F64 has values of OFF, Van Rob, Ford, GM. The default is set to OFF. For
automated systems, select the appropriate fieldbus selection to determine the IO
map and sequence of signals. For standard mode, leave this F Code disable. This

6.22 F Code F65

Weld Complete 24V Signal
F65 is either set to “OFF” or “ON”. The default value is set to “OFF”. For automated
systems, this output signal is given after each weld to indicate that the weld was
successful. The signal is 24VDC (unregula ted), active high, 500ms long. This code is
for special hardware configurations, see automated systems manual.
