Caution!
Disconnect compressed air supply from the stapler before lubricating.
Lubricate the stapler with oil before using it for the first time.
Wipe excessive oil on the stapler outlet. Excessive oil might damage O-rings used in the tool. If oiler is in the line of compressed air supply
there is no need to lubricate the stapler daily.
Turn the stapler so air inlet points upwards and put a drop of spindle oil. Do not use oil with detergent additives or similar. Use the stapler
shortly after carrying out lubrication.
Air supply and connectors
Many users consider using oiler a good practice, as it helps to deliver lubricating oil to the stapler and improves efficiency and durability of
the tool. Check oil level in the oiler daily.
Many users consider using a filter a good practice, it helps to remove water and contaminations from the air, which otherwise could cause
corrosion or wear of internal parts of the stapler. Filter also improves efficiency and durability of the tool. Check condition of the filter
daily and drain excessive water when necessary.
The most effici
ent operation can be achieved when the stapler is connected with 3/8” quick coupler (with internal diameter 0.315”) and 3/8”
connector to hose for compressed air supply.
Removing a jam in the stapler
Warning
BEFORE STARTING TO ADJUST, REMOVE A JAM, CARRY THE TOOL OR LEAVING IT UNUSED FOR A LONG TIME, ALWAYS
DISCONNECT THE STAPLER FROM COMPRESSED AIR SUPPLY.
Staple jammed in the stapler outlet.
Disconnect compressed air supply.
Take hold of jammed staple with tweezers and remove it.
Staple jammed inside the clip.
Disconnect compressed air supply.
Slide the clip cover backwards.
Remove jammed staple.
Slide the clip cover back so the clip latch snaps.
Cleaning the stapler
Danger!
NEVER USE PETROL OR ANY OTHER FLAMMABLE LIQUID FOR CLEANING THE STAPLER. VAPOURS REMAINING INSIDE THE
TOOL MIGHT CAUSE STAPLER TO EXPLODE IN CASE OF SPARKING, THIS IS A RISK OF FATAL OR HEAVY INJURY OF THE
USER’S OR BYSTANDERS’ BODY.
Caution!
SOFTENING FLUIDS USED FOR CLEANING TIP OF THE TOOL MAY CAUSE SOFTENING STAPLE COAT MATERIAL, THUS
CAUSING FASTER DEPOSITION OF ITS REMAININGS. DRY THE STAPLER THOROUGHLY AFTER CLEANING, BEFORE
STARTING TO USE IT.
