Failure to observe the following warnings and/or tampering with
the design of the pneumatic tools cancels warranty rights and
relieves the manufacturer of any liability for damage resulting
from the operation of the device - caused to people, animals,
property or the device itself. Please keep the instructions and
notes so that you can refer to them at any time. If you pass the
appliance on to another person, provide them with the operating
instructions as well. We accept no liability for accidents and
damage that occur as a result of failure to observe these
instructions and safety notes.

General safety instructions for the use of pneumatic tools
Application of the tool
- Use the tool and recommended accessories according to the
instructions in the manual. The tool and accessories must be
used (with the necessary adherence to their manufacturer's
instructions) only for the intended purpose. Use for any other
purpose is strictly prohibited. As a general rule, switch off before
approaching the material/place to be handled.
- Keep the workplace tidy. Clutter in the workplace increases the
likelihood of an accident. Work in well-ventilated areas.
- Pay attention to your surroundings. Do not expose the tool to
rain. Please remember to use the correct lighting. Do not point
the gun towards people or animals. Do not allow bystanders to
move the spiral hose, compressor or compressor power cable.
Do not allow these persons into the working area. Keep
bystanders out of the work area. Keep children away from the
unit.
- Working condition of the tool. Check the tool and spiral hose for
completeness and damage.
- Protect yourself against electric shock. When working, avoid
contact of body parts and tools with live objects, e.g. electrical
components, heating elements, electrical equipment.
- Keep the tool out of reach of unauthorised persons. When not
in use, tools should be stored in a dry, closed place that is
inaccessible to children. Carry out all maintenance when the
coupled air hose and tank are disconnected.
- Do not overload the tool. It is better and safer to work at the
capacity specified in the technical data.
- Always wear appropriate work clothing. Do not wear loose
clothing or jewellery when working with the tool. Rubber gloves
and non-slip footwear are recommended when working. Use a
hair net if you have long hair.
- Do not use the spiral hose for other purposes. Do not carry the
tool with the spiral hose. Protect the hose from embers, oils and
sharp edges.
- Take good care of the tool. Remember to keep the tool clean at
all times for effective and safe working. Observe the
maintenance rules. Regularly inspect the coupling tips and spiral
hose, and have them repaired by an authorised service centre if
found to be damaged.
- Transport. Prior to transport, tools should be properly cleaned
and dried of used materials. They may only be transported after
they have been adequately protected against contamination.
Caution: always be attentive when working. Evaluate work
efficiency. Act sensibly. Reactivity may be impaired by alcohol,
medication and drugs, also as a result of illness and fatigue. In
such cases, you should refrain from working with tools.
- Inspect the tool for any defects. Carefully inspect the tool
before each use, especially safety components and parts
suspected of being damaged. Assess whether they perform their
proper and intended function. Check that moving parts function
perfectly and do not block or become damaged. All parts must
be properly fitted to ensure safe operation of the appliance. If
you notice any signs of abnormal operation of the appliance,
switch it off immediately and disconnect it from the power
source. Damaged safety components and parts should only be
repaired/replaced by an authorised service centre, unless
otherwise stated in the operating instructions.
Caution: For your own safety, use only those accessories and
attachments which are specified in the operating instructions or
are recommended by the manufacturer. The use of accessories
and attachments other than those recommended in the
operating instructions or the manufacturer's catalogue may pose
a risk of causing damage to your health or property.
Health and safety at work
1.
It is the responsibility of the employer to pass on this
instruction manual for the tool to its operator.
2.
Read the manufacturer's recommendations and familiarise
yourself with the technical parameters before starting work.
3.
Operation, inspection as well as maintenance should
always comply with the applicable health and safety
standards.
4.
Use safety goggles and earmuffs when using pneumatic
tools.
5.
Use masks and protective filters to protect the respiratory
tract and eyes when handling chemical liquids.
6.
The compressor reaches a high temperature during
operation. Touching it leads to burns.
7.
The air drawn in by the compressor must be free of
admixtures of other gases and/or vapours, as these can
ignite or explode in the compressor.
8.
When disconnecting the quick-release coupling, hold the
hose coupling with your hand to avoid injury from the hose
pulling up.
9.
Wear safety goggles when working with guns, including the
blow gun. Foreign bodies and blown-off parts can easily
cause eye injuries.
Safety instructions for working with sprayed substances
- Do not use lacquers or thinners with a flash point lower than 55
degrees.
- Do not heat lacquers or solvents.
- When working with substances harmful to health, the use of
filtering equipment to protect the eyes and respiratory tract (face
mask) is required to protect the respiratory tract. Also pay
attention to the information given by the manufacturers of these
materials on protective measures.
- Observe the rules for handling hazardous materials, which are
given in the form of data and markings on their packaging. If
necessary, take additional protective measures, in particular
wear suitable clothing and masks.
- No smoking is allowed during spraying and in the work area.
Vapours can also be flammable.
- Fireplaces, open sources of light or spark-generating devices
must not be located or used near open containers of paint, and
must not be located near the work area of the tool, maintenance
and cleaning, as this can lead to an explosive atmosphere, fire
and explosion. For the same reason, smoking is also not allowed
in these situations.
- Do not store or consume food or drink in the room where you
are working. The fumes of the substances used are harmful to
health.
- The room in which spraying with harmful substances is carried
out must have a volume of more than 30m3 . Sufficient air
exchange must be ensured during spraying and drying. Hazards
from inhalation, contact with or absorption of the paint product or
cleaning fluids caused by inadequate ventilation, inadequate
