4.6 Adjustment of the document stoppers
The position of the document stoppers can be adjusted
according to the longest document used (the document size
is programmed in jobs).
Initially the document stoppers are set to position B. In this
position a wide variety of documents can be handled and
adjustment is not needed.
To adjust the stopper position lift and hold the collator arm
D, squeeze the stopper and pull the front side tab up. To
replace the stopper first place the flat back tab into the
slotted hole and then push the stopper into position.
For use of small documents of about 148,5 mm
(5.8 inch) or smaller, the four document stoppers must be
set in the first position (position A).
For use of longer documents, maximal 356 mm (14 inch),
the four document stoppers must be set in last position
(position C).
The position of the document stoppers is set by service
personnel according to the document sizes programmed in
the jobs.
