Positionning of S.A.M or S.A.M.E2
4.2.1. Duct
mounting
Steam manifold should be mounted and
secured through the side of the air
handling unit or duct. Provision should be
made for safe accessibility, ideally with an
observation light and window.
Check that the construction of the duct
wall is suitable enough to support the
steam pipe for the duration of the
installation life.
Dimension of hole size in the duct must
be as per table below:

: Risk of condensing. Ensure
that the minimum distance of the end of
the manifold is at least 102mm from the
top of the duct.
