The Test LED (STM150) or Status LED (STM300 and STM600) blinks during the hot fix
installation.
Sending Suspicious Files to NETGEAR for Analysis
You can report any undetected malware file or malicious e-mail to NETGEAR for online for
analysis. The file will be compressed and password protected before sending.
To submit a file to NETGEAR for analysis:
1.
Select
Support

Malware Analysis
from the menu The Online Support screen displays.

Complete the fields as explained in
Table 7-1

Email Address
The e-mail address to which the file will be submitted.
File Location
Click
Browse
to navigate to the file that you want to submit to NETGEAR.
Source / Product Model
Specify where the file originated (for example, an e-mail address if received
via e-mail) and, if known, which product or scan feature (for example, the
UTM or a desktop anti virus application) detected the file.
Description
As an option, include a description or any information that is relevant.
