7 Maintenance
Maintenance Intervals and Methods
Shorten the maintenance intervals by 30% in the event of:
–
Deviation from the preferred installation position of the device
(see
section 5.2.2 Installation
–
Vibrations that occur in the plant which are NOT caused by the device and CANNOT be
prevented.
If the device is NOT operated for a longer period, we recommend that you check the device completely
before re-commissioning to make sure that it is fully functional
(see
section 6.2 Functional Check / Trial Run
The specified times of the maintenance intervals are based on single-shift operation
(8 hours per working day, 12 months per year) of the device
and operation with
