Under the menu shown as figure 3-23, Press Key “1” to enter Country Setting as
shown in figure 3-24. Press Key “5” to select Normal Mode (detect answer tone
when dialing); Press Key “4” to select Huawei NAC (no detection of answer tone
when dialing);

Ⅱ
Under the menu shown as figure 3-23, press key “2” to enter Dial-up
option, which is doing Sync dial-up repeatedly.

Ⅲ
Under the menu shown in figure 3-23, press Key “3” to enter PC direct connect,
please refer to figure 3-25. It is used to directly connect with PC;PC use the serial
port to connect with POS, and use AT command to connect with modem.

Operation method: Enter the interface of “wire modem test”, open the serial port
receive tool in PC, set the baud rate to 115200. At serial port
tool’s input window, enter the AT command

(dial-up). When command is sent successfully, the connection
with PC and modem are successful.

Under the menu shown in figure 3-23, press Key “4” to enter asynchronism dial:
Check modem setting dialing number and TPUD, press “enter” waiting
for the dial-up response. If fail will display “NO DIALTONE”, if successful will
display “dial successful” modem hand up.
