File Sharing

If the screen goes without operation longer than 90 minutes(Default), the system 
will automatically lock the screen to protect your privacy. If the screen goes without 
operation longer than 120 seconds, the system will automatically delete all meeting 

contents, as shown in the following figure.

If you check the “

This meeting is no longer remind

” checkbox, the system will no 

longer lock the screen in this meeting, and you need to take care of your meeting 
contents by yourself.
