When replacing the filter, make sure the rubber O-Ring seal is properly positioned in its groove in the cartridge
housing. An improperly positioned or missing seal will cause leakage around the perimeter of the filter
housing.
4. Reattach the canister to the filter housing by rotating the canister in a counter clockwise direction. Do not
overtighten the canister when attaching it back to the housing.
Do not allow water to freeze in the water filter canister. Freezing will crack and permanently damage the filter
housing and associated plumbing. Always remove the filter cartridge prior to winterization.

Fresh Water System
The Fresh Water System consists of the fresh water holding tank, water pump, valves, connection hoses, and fresh
water
plumbing lines. This system is responsible for providing potable water for drinking, cooking, bathing, and all other
activities
that require clean water. The capacity of your fresh water tank may vary, depending on the coach model and
year.
These brief operation instructions are for quick reference only. Any quick start instructions provided should
not take the place of the complete Operation Manual provided by this item's manufacturer.
Fresh Water Tank
This tank is used to hold fresh potable
water for use
throughout the water system.
The fresh water tank is filled
from the city water hook-up. The valve located in the service
compartment near the water hook-up determines whether
the
city water is going through the water system or into the
fresh
water tank.
The excess water will be vented from an
overflow
vent pipe onto the ground when the tank capacity
has been
reached. This pipe is installed in the fresh water
tank to
prevent tank rupture from overfilling.
All of the water should be drained from the fresh water system when the unit is not in use for more than one week.
Whenever possible, drain the fresh water tank before traveling or only carry what you will need to get to your destination.
Water in the tank will reduce the carrying capacity of the unit.
