IMPORTANT
The “wind sensor” for the power awnings is designed to retract the awnings should sustained winds
over 22 mph be detected. Note that is it not designed to retract the awnings for wind gusts. It is
recommended that you monitor your awnings in gusty wind or heavy rain situations. You should also
retract them if you are going to be away from your unit for an extended period when there is the
possibility for wind or rain storms to minimize the possibility of damage.
“Oasis” Entry Door Awning
The “Oasis” entry door awning is a power operated awning. To extend the awning, press the
“Extend” button on the switch plate. To retract it, press the “Retract” button. Please note that both
buttons must be held down as the awning travels in or out. It will not extend or retract
automatically.
Window Awnings
Also standard on your unit are the matching window awnings. They are operated as all the power
awnings on your unit are. Use the appropriate switches to extend or retract the awnings as
desired, and
always check for clearance
on the exterior of the unit to be certain nothing will
interfere with their deployment.
