If the display shows
OVERLOAD INVERTER
it means that a fault stops the drive. You must reset the drive and find a solution to the
problem.
Before you contact the distributor or the factory because of unusual operation, prepare some
data. Write down all the texts on the display, the fault code, the fault ID, the source info, the
Active Faults list and the Fault History.
To reset the drive switch off the main switch for 60 seconds.
If display shows
TEMPERATURE SENSOR BROKEN
it means that in 22 minutes the temperature in the cell do not rise up to 40 °C. If you are at
the first cycle of the day and that the machine was cold it is possible that the sensor is not
damaged and it is only necessary to restart the cycle.
If the problem remains contact the assistance service.
If the display shows
MOTOR'S WINDING TEMPERATURE TOO HIGH
it is necessary to finish the cycle and to empty the cell. Now start the machine in manual
mode and let the motor works without material until the motor temperature display shows
less than 85 °C.
If display shows
CELL TEMPERATURE TOO HIGH DO NOT OPEN THE LID
it means that the cell’s internal temperature is excessively high, at a level which could damage
its external covering. In this case you need to wait until the temperature shown on the
indicator falls to 90°C before switching on the machine again (follow the instructions at the
bottom of this list of alarms).
Caution
WARNING. For no reason open the lid and pour in water in manualy.
Caution
Warning! This alarm could be due to a malfunction in the temperature probe. Before
using the machine again in the normal way we advise that you consult the appropriate
paragraph in the chapter regarding maintenance and, if necessary, contact the assistance
service.
If display shows:
INSPECTION DOOR OPEN
check the inspection door and if it is necessary, close them. Then follow the instructions at
the bottom of this list of alarms.
