Filling of sterilization vessel
Put the machine in manual mode, open the hatch by pressing
and clean the metallic
surface around the discharge door with the special device supplied with the machine, then
close the hatch again by pressing the button
, now press the button
(a led
button lights up). With this operation the lid handle will be released. Open the lid and then
press the button
again (this time the led light must go off) so the lid is blocked, now
filling the vessel with the potentially infectious waste.
When filling the vessel, the lighter bags must be placed above the blades to facilitate the
pulverization process, while the heavier ones must be placed last. If possible fill the cell with
material from different wards.
The vessel must be completely filled but without exerting pressure on waste, do not compress
waste.
Please remember that the machine is for solid waste and the cycle cannot finish with
humidity higher than 40%.
After the vessel has been filled with wastes, press
(the led must be on) and close the
lid and handle, now press again
(the LED must be off) and force the handle forward.
Now the machine is ready for a cycle.
Note
Do not fill the vessel with the discharging hatch open.
Warning! The lid surface can be very warm. Grip the lid only using the plastic
handles.
Do not fill the vessel with lid unblocked. The LED on the key
must be
off.

mode to check the machine or finish a failed cycle.
To do this, first of all load the material to be treated.Make sure that the loading door is closed,
and secure the lid tightly.
