OPERATION
Before operation make sure the equipment is in good working condition to avoid injury.
7.1. Starting operation
To
engage
the breaker, put the working tool on the material to be crushed, and using the
excavator arm’s force push the working tool inside the breaker so that it is fully inside the
breaker and start
operation
.

Safety regulations
WARNING!
Improper use or maintenance may cause injury or death. Make sure there are no
hazards in the working area before you start operating the equipment.
Visual inspection
Check the hydraulic breaker and equipment for safety before operation to avoid accidents.
Warming up
equipment
In cold temperatures and especially in the wintertime, warm up the equipment before you start
operating the breaker.
Safety maintenance
Work sites can be hazardous. Inspect the site before working on it, check for potholes, weak
ground, hidden rocks and old buildings.
7.2.2.
Warning for operating
equipment
Movement
Move your equipment only when the hydraulic breaker is positioned horizontally and 40–50 cm
(16-20in) above the ground.
Warning while moving uphill/downhill
While moving uphill or downhill, reduce engine (rmp) speed and move boom and arm at 90°–
110° angle.
Stop
ping
When equipment is stopped, move your breaker back to a vertical position and put the tool
point on the ground.
