MA188 FM Transmitter/MP3 Player Instruction Manual
1.
Insert the MA188 into your vehicle’s 12V power outlet ( in some vehicles this is the
cigarette lighter)
2.
Connect your USB thumb drive or MP3 player to the unit’s USB jack (see picture
below).

Press and release the ►
/ II
(play/pause) key, and the
"POWER"
light will then
flash. This means the unit is on and you can now play music through the unit.
4.
Press and release the ►
/ II
key again and the
"POWER"
light will remain on
(solid) – this means the unit is now paused.
5.
Press the
I
◄◄ key and hold to increase the volume; and press it and release to
return to the last song. Press ►►
I
key and hold to decrease the volume; press
and release it to skip to the next song.
6.
To change the FM station that the unit transmits on: Press the “
F”
key for three
seconds, the “
FM Light”
will start to flash indicating which transmitting station you
are on. Repeatedly press the
"F"
key to change to the next transmitting station.
When the last station has been reached, the unit will start back again at the first
station.
7.
There are 7 transmitting stations: FM87.7, FM87.9 FM88.1, FM88.3, FM88.5,
FM88.7 and FM88.9.
