TROUBLE SHOOTING continued
The car adaptor is fused in order to protect the car and DVD system from damage
as a result of voltage / current surges, short circuit, cable damage or product failure.
If the red LED on the car power cable is NOT illuminated, but the DVD system still
works upon a mains adaptor (sold separately), then the fuse should be checked as
it may have blown. It the fuse has blown, check the player and cable for damage.
The fuse is user replaceable, see blow for details.
CAUTION:
The fuse, spring, collar and tip are small components and take needs to be
taken to avoid losing a part, or reassembly will not be possible.
Unscrew the collar

File will not play
from USB
Incompatible file format or USB stick
has errors upon.
Re-format the USB with FAT32 and verify
media files are correct type as described
within manual
Ensure USB is less than 32Gb in size.
No display
Car power cable is disconnected,
Wrong setting or connection to the
player.
Wrong mode setting.
Connect cable correctly.
Check settings and connections are all
correct.
Check correct mode is selected.
No sound
Volume is turned down.
Turn the volume level on the player,
monitor or IR headphones up.
Also check IR transmitter and headphones
Remote control
does not work
Battery exhausted.
Replace the battery (CR2025), as detailed
in this manual.
Display has
lines upon
Any diagonal lines indicate that the
screen has been smashed.
See manual for further information.
Contact Technical Support for details of
screen replacement.
Player will not
charge
This is normal. There is no internal
battery in the DVD player.
Connect the DVD player to power source.
No sound from
IR Headphones
Wrong setting or connection to the
player.
Check settings and connections are all
correct.
DVD player transmitter is not turned on.
Incorrect Channel selected.
Batteries exhausted.
Turn on the IR transmitter within the DVD
player, see page 24.
Select channel A or B upon the headphones.
Replace the headphones batteries.
