Nextel Connection Manager User Guide
Chapter Six: User Interfaces
This chapter guides you through the user interface options available on the Nextel Connection Manager. The
different user interfaces may be minimized and adjusted to fit your needs. To move a window click and hold the
upper part of the window and drag the window to it’s new location. To access the Nextel Connection Manager’s
user interfaces, follow the steps below.
1 To access the Nextel Connection Manager from your PC, click the
icon located on your desktop.
2 The main user interface appears. To connect to the network, click the
Connect
button at the top of the
screen.

3 If you do not want to display the user interface settings, click Settings to modify the view. The buttons for
Configuration, Diagnostics, SIM PIN Management, Device Management, Latest Updates, Start-Up Options,
Hotspot locator and WiFi scanner will be minimized from view. If you later decide to display the user settings,
click Settings and the buttons will reappear.
4 The application field will show you all configured applications. These applications options are user defined and
can be used to launch third party applications.
