Thank you for purchasing the Nexxtech Personal Portable Fold-
Up Speakers. They are ideal for use with your notebook
computer or personal stereo. The dual
2 1/4-inch
(
57mm
) full-
range speakers are for use near a notebook computer. The
built-in cable allows for easy connection and cable storage. The
speakers fold to fit into the supplied carrying pouch.

2. Push the battery compartment forward to remove it.
3. Install three AA batteries according to the polarities marked
inside the battery compartment.

You can also power the speakers from standard AC outlet using
an optional AC adapter (not supplied).
Cautions

You must use a Class 2 power source that supplies
6V DC and delivers at least 300mA. Its centre tip
must be set to positive and its plug must fit the
speaker’s
DC 6V
jack. Using an adapter that does not
meet these specifications could damage the speakers or the
adapter.

• Do not mix old and new
batteries, different types of
batteries (standard, alkaline, or
rechargeable), or
rechargeable batteries of
different capacities.
• If you do not plan to use the
speakers for more than two
weeks, remove the batteries.
Batteries can leak chemicals
that can destroy electronic
parts.
