If after 5 seconds the recipient of the
call does not press # or press something
different, PLANNER repeats the locution.
If, having finished the third repetition of the
locution, the recipient of the call does not
press # or press something different, after
5 seconds PLANNER finishes the call and
continues the round of due calls.

When PLANNER notifies an incident
in the house by telephone and the user
confirms from his telephone the reception
of this notification pressing #, the round of
calls finishes.

no confirmation, PLANNER sends and SMS
message with the same text of the locution
