9.6.7.5. Telephones

From this page it is possible to assign
5 telephone numbers to each one of
the different PLANNER alarms (intrusion
alarm, technical alarms, assistance alarm
and Mains fault) to which PLANNER calls
when there is an incident and makes the
round notification calls.

By default, PLANNER makes 3 attempts
of round call and waits until 5 tones of
each telephone number to notify. To
modify the number of attempts that
PLANNER makes to contact with the
configured telephones and the number of
tones of each call, select:

The telephone numbers assigned to the
different alarms and the defined order of
calls can vary from one alarm to the other.

Add telephone.
s
Press on one row and dial the desired
telephone number.
s
It is possible to configure notification
telephones for: Intrusion Alarm,
Assistance Alarm, Technical Alarms and
Mains fault.
s
Select the priority order for PLANNER to
call to the telephones, assigning from 1 to
5 the priority order.
