10.3. Notification from the Assistance Call

When a person activates the Assistance
Call from the start screen of PLANNER, it
automatically notifies as follows:
> Activates the acoustic signal of
PLANNER.
> Informs the incidence in the screen
(in red colour).
> Activates the action plan configured.
For example: activation of an outdoor
siren connected to PLANNER
(optional), activation of the blinds
closing, doors blocking, etc. (optional)
> Makes the notification phone
calls according to the established
order (optional). (Section 9.6.7.5.-
Telephones”).

From the house, after confirming the
alarm, through the security Centre in
Assistance Alarm, the acoustic signal of
PLANNER can be disconnected, stop the
phone calls round, and disconnect the
alarm.

In case of receiving the assistance
notification phone call, you could confirm
the alarm from the telephone by pressing
“#”. Thus, the round calls will finalize.
The screen shows the date and time of
the incidence and if the alarm has been
confirmed.
If at the end of the calling process there
is no confirmation, PLANNER sends a
SMS text message with the same text
of the locution to the list of numbers
according to the numbers associated to
the Assistance alarm.
Before an Assistance Button notification it is not possible to disconnect the
alarm from the phone by calling PLANNER. You could only disconnect the
Assistance Alarm from the own house, i.e. directly from the Security Centre in
the screen of PLANNER.
Nor can be managed by telephoning PLANNER on any device associated to
the action plan of the Assistance Alarm.
