4 Press START/LAP to advance one hour. 

Hold for quick advance.

5 Press STOP/RESET to advance to the next 
programmable element.

6 Repeat steps 2-4 until all the elements are set: Seconds,
hours, minutes, weekday, year, month, date, and 12/24 
hour display.

7 Press ADJUST to save changes. 

Time is set and no elements are blinking.

Set time of day

1 In TIME mode, press and hold ADJUST for 2 seconds. 

Seconds designator blinks. 

Note that the adjustable element is always blinking. 
If no buttons are pressed for 2-3 minutes the watch
will exit ADJUST mode and return to TIME mode. 

2 Press START/LAP to reset seconds to zero. 

3 Press STOP/RESET to advance to the next 
programmable element.

Hours begin blinking.
