Step 5.:
Switch the Halogen lamp OFF.
Step 6.:
Switch OFF the Microscope body with the switch on the optical table.
Step 7.:
Switch OFF the stage controller and wait 10 seconds.
Step 8.:
Switch OFF the confocal controller besides the lasers by pressing the button on the
front panel.
Step 9.:
Power OFF the 488nm (green) and 647nm (far red) lasers. The 647nm (far red) laser can
be powered OFF with the key on the remote control. The 488nm Argon Ion laser switched
to standby mode by switching the "discharge" flip switch to OFF on the controller on the
laser board unit.,
Step 10.:
Shut down the laser board with the key on its front panel.
Step 11.:
Switch off the computer and check if everything is off before leaving.
