Unsharp Mask
Unsharp mask increases the sharp-
ness of the image by making edges
more distinct, either over the en-
tire image or in areas where spe-
cific colors are prominent.

Analog Gain
Using analog gain, you can adjust
colors by directly altering the ex-
posure value for each of the col-
ored elements in the scanner’s light
source.
The Scan Progress Window
Scanner Extras
These tools offer control over fea-
tures specific to your scanner.
This window shows the progress of preview and scan operations. The
current task can be cancelled by clicking the
Stop
button. Tasks that have
yet to be performed are listed in the Queue tab and can be cancelled by
selecting the task and clicking the
icon. When performing multiple
(batch) scans, the tasks completed are listed in the Log tab.
