Buttons
Buttons, such as the ones below are activated by clicking them once with the
mouse. These three-dimensional buttons are in their active state when they are dis-
played with contrast, as seen in Figure 7.11.

Value Edit Boxes
There are various small boxes within the scanning dialog box called value edit
boxes. The boxes adjacent to the
H
EIGHT
and
W
IDTH
parameters are two examples of
value edit boxes. The contents of these value edit boxes can be changed by using a
number of editing methods.
