shown and place a jack stand under the
front end.

Remove screw “H”, the idler assembly and the belt from the machine.

Remove (2) “I” bolts and (2) “J” nuts. Set the front of the machine back on the floor and pull the brush
drive motor up and out of the machine.

Remove the pulley from the old motor and install it on the new one.

Follow steps 1-7 in reverse order to reassemble. Tighten nut “G” until the tensioning spring is 2 1/2
inches (63.5 mm) long.

Test the brush drive system.
