TROUBLESHOOTING
SCRAPPING
Have the machine scrapped by a qualified scrapper.
Before scrapping the machine, always remove the
following components:
a)
Brush
b)
Pad
c)
Electric motors
d)
Electronic board
TROUBLE
CAUSE
Motors do not work
The electric supply plug (22, Fig. C)
is not correctly connected
The electric supply cable (23, Fig.
C) is not correctly connected
Insufficient dirty water
vacuuming
The recovery tank is full (5, Fig. G)
Closed obstructed vacuum grid (8,
Fig. G) or stuck float
Hose disconnected (25, Fig. C)
from the squeegee
Dirty squeegee or worn/damaged
squeegee rubbers
Incorrectly closed tank cover, or
damaged gasket (7, Fig. E) or
obstructed compensation hole (11,
Fig. E)
Insufficient solution flow to the
brush
Dirty solution filter (2, Fig. F)
Dirty tank (6, Fig. G) (obstructed
output hole)
Scoring caused by the
squeegee
Debris under the squeegee rubbers
Worn, chipped or torn squeegee
rubbers
Squeegee not balanced with knob
(12, Fig. C)

The removed components must be
disposed according to the Law in force.
