04 - Control System
KSI Relay
The KSI relay is located on the back of the main control board If the KSI relay fails, nearly all machine
functionality will be disabled
CAUTION: The control board is always receiving power, even when the machine is off. Make sure
to disconnect the main battery connector before working on the control board.
1 Shut down the machine and disconnect the main battery connector under the operator’s seat
2 Remove the

harness connectors if space permits
3 Remove the two screws that secure the relay to
the back of the controller, and free up the relay
from the control board
4 Before removing any wires, make note of which
wires are connected to which terminal on the
relay
