FUEL FILTER CLEANING
Drive the machine on a level ground.
Engage the parking brake with the pedal (84) and the lever (76).
Turn the ignition key (69) to "0".
Remove the screws (48), then disengage the fasteners (49) to remove the left side bulkhead (47).
Remove the screws (A, Fig. 28), then remove the air defl ector (B).
Clean the fuel fi lter (C, Fig. 28) as shown in the Petrol Engine Manual.
Perform steps 4 and 5 in the reverse order.
ENGINE AIR PRE-FILTER CLEANING AND ENGINE AIR FILTER CARTRIDGE MAINTENANCE
Drive the machine on a level ground.
Engage the parking brake with the pedal (84) and the lever (76).
Turn the ignition key (69) to "0".
Remove the screws (48), then disengage the fasteners (49) to remove the left side bulkhead (47).
Remove the pin (E, Fig. 28) from its seat (D) and insert it in the hole (F) of the lever (G).
Lower the main broom with the lever (82) to release the rod (H, Fig. 28).
Disengage and remove the pin (I, Fig. 28), then disconnect the tie rod (H) from the lever (G).
Clean the engine air pre-fi lter and/or service the air fi lter element (J, Fig. 28), as shown in the Petrol Engine Manual.
Perform steps 4 to 7 in the reverse order.
ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM CLEANING
Drive the machine on a level ground.
Engage the parking brake with the pedal (84) and the lever (76).
Turn the ignition key (69) to "0".
Remove the screws (48), then disengage the fasteners (49) to remove the left side bulkhead (47).
Open the hood (23) and secure it with the support rod (55).
Remove the screws (45), then disengage the fasteners (46) to remove the engine guard (44).
Remove the screws (A, Fig. 28), then remove the air defl ector (B).
Clean the engine cooling system (K, Fig. 28), as shown in the Petrol Engine Manual.
Perform steps 3 to 7 in the reverse order.
