Breast Pump Use
1.
Wash your hands thoroughly. Make sure your breasts are clean.
2.
Sit in a comfortable seat in an upright position. You can use the pillow to
support your back.
3.
Push the assembled breast pump into your breast. Adjust the breast tip in the
middle so it is fully exposed.
4.
Press the lever down until you feel sucking in your breast. Then release the
lever to allow it to return to its original position.

Repeat step 4 several times to start milk

ow begins, push the lever down until it reaches the suction
force you are comfortable with. After waiting for 2-3 seconds in this position,
release the lever to allow the lever to return to its original position.

STORAGE OF MILK
Your baby milk should be stored in a sterile storage bo
tt
le only.
You can keep the milk which comes from your breast at 40 °C in the bo
tt
le heater and
feed your baby in the
fi
rst 4 hours.
If you want to store your breastmilk fresh, keep it in 19-25 ° C room temperature to
hold the milk fresh for 10 hours.
Your milk can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
Waiting time in the freezer is 3 months.
The milk which you remove from the freezer should be thawed naturally. In case of
emergency, the milk can be thawed with the help of the heater.
Thawed milk can be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
