Use of
DP-700C drywall sander
DUST COLLECTOR
The grinding mac hine was equipped with a dust bag to keep clean the work area. The dust bag should
be attached to the opening of the rear panel. To ensure optimum accuracy, the dust bags are emptied
regularly.
TO GO TO THE FOLLOWING:
• The dust bag can easily turn and pull out of the dust bag holder.
• Remove the dust bag in a suitable place empty.
• The dust bag holder on the press until it clicks.
Note: The dust extraction works only with the use of perforated sanding sheets.
SANDING SHEET CHANGE
Tightened before mounting an abrasive blade always remove the power plug.
The Velcro attachment for grinding the blade simplifies the sanding sheet changes
Simply pull off the sanding sheet.
The new sanding sheet at the center of the grinding plate and lay press on. With a coarse abrasive (grit
50) in general, the majority of the material is removed. For the finishing touch then a fine abrasive (120
grit) is used.
GRINDING PLATE CHANGE
If the Velcro mounting is worn, the sanding plate can be changed.
Before replacing the grinding plate to the wall outlet.
• The slip sheet removed from the grinding plate.
• The screws that hold the pad is attached to the unit solved.
• The grinding plate off.
• The new sanding disk mounted on the device.
• Tighten the screws firmly.
ON / OFF
Slide the On / Off switch to the front to start the devic e. And reset it, turn it off.
Care and Maintenance
Keep the vent clean in order to guarantee the cooling of the device.
Before any work on the device and replace first remove the plug from the outlet.
The device is equipped with carbon brushes. The device switches off when the wear
reaches the carbon brushes on a determined level.
The carbon brus hes have exchanged only by qualified servic e personnel.
The repairs must be performed by a qualified service technician. Use only original spare parts.
If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or
similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazards.
Environmental protection
Dispose of in an environmentally friendly devic e, its accessories and packaging.
Don
’t discard electrical appliances in the household waste.
According to European Directive 2002/96/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment
and its implement ation into national law, electrical equipment should be collected separately
and in an environmentally friendly recycling are supplied.
Recycling alternative to return the call: the owner of the electrical appliance is required as an
alternative instead of returning to contribute to the proper disposal in the case of the property task. The
old appliance for this purpose can also be left to a designated collection point, which carries out a
disposal within the meaning of the National Recycling and Waste Management Act.
