2-inch piece fresh ginger,
peeled, sliced
18 raspberries
Sparkling water, for serving

Place all ingredients, except raspberries and sparkling water,
into 40-ounce Master Prep Bowl.

PULSE 3 times, then blend for 45 seconds, or until smooth.

Place a raspberry in each section of the ice cube trays. Pour
lemon ginger mixture over each berry. Freeze until cubes are solid,
about 8 hours.
